These Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are rich, flavorful, and perfectly chewy!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, brown the butter over medium heat, then let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix the brown butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.

  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
