Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, brown the butter over medium heat until it becomes golden and fragrant.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, and the browned butter.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring to combine.
  7. Fold in the toffee bits and chocolate chips.
  8. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
