- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until lightly brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, combine buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.
- Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
