Description

This delicious Cadbury Egg fudge is the perfect treat for Easter or any chocolate lover.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Cadbury mini eggs, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Cadbury cream eggs, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in crushed Cadbury mini eggs and chopped Cadbury cream eggs.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Pour fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
