Description

Deliciously sweet Caramel Apple Tartlets, perfect for fall and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package pre-made pastry dough
  • 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pastry dough and cut into circles.
  3. Arrange apple slices on the dough, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Top with pecans and fold the edges of the pastry dough over to create a tartlet.
  5. Brush the edges with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
