- 1 package pre-made pastry dough
- 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the pastry dough and cut into circles.
- Arrange apple slices on the dough, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Top with pecans and fold the edges of the pastry dough over to create a tartlet.
- Brush the edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- Serve warm with additional caramel sauce if desired.
- These tartlets can be made ahead of time and reheated.
