Description

A delicious and indulgent crab omelet filled with melted cheese, perfect for a hearty breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup crab meat
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes until the edges set.
  4. Add crab meat and cheese to one half of the omelet.
  5. Fold the other half over the crab and cheese.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the eggs are cooked through.
  7. Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve hot.
