- 1/4 cup crab meat
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes until the edges set.
- Add crab meat and cheese to one half of the omelet.
- Fold the other half over the crab and cheese.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and the eggs are cooked through.
- Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve hot.
Notes
- This omelet is best served immediately while hot.
- You can substitute the crab meat with cooked shrimp for a different flavor.
