- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup crushed pecans
- 1 carrot, for decoration
- 1 cup fresh parsley, for decoration
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a carrot shape.
- Roll the cheese ball in crushed pecans until completely covered.
- Decorate with a piece of carrot and fresh parsley at the top.
- Chill the cheese ball in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
