Description

This fun Carrot-Shaped Cheese Ball is perfect for gatherings and will impress your guests!


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup crushed pecans
  • 1 carrot, for decoration
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, for decoration


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a carrot shape.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in crushed pecans until completely covered.
  5. Decorate with a piece of carrot and fresh parsley at the top.
  6. Chill the cheese ball in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
