Description

Deliciously spiced pancakes infused with the warmth of chai.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes.
  5. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with maple syrup or honey.

Notes

  • For extra chai flavor, steep chai tea bags in the milk before adding.
