Description

This Cheeseburger Casserole is a delicious low-carb twist on a classic dish, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mustard


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
  3. Add salt and pepper, then stir in the cauliflower and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, and mustard.
  5. Combine the beef mixture with the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
