- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent.
- Add salt and pepper, then stir in the cauliflower and cook for another 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, and mustard.
- Combine the beef mixture with the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
