A delicious twist on the traditional tiramisu, infused with cherry and amaretto flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup cherries, pitted and chopped
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- Dip each ladyfinger in the coffee mixed with amaretto and layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Sprinkle half of the chopped cherries over the mascarpone layer.
- Repeat the layers with remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and cherries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, let the tiramisu sit in the refrigerator overnight.
- Feel free to substitute fresh cherries with cherry preserves if not in season.
