- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
- 1 cup cherry filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and sour cream, mixing until combined.
- Incorporate eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition.
- Divide the batter in half; to one half, add matcha powder and mix until well combined.
- Pour alternating dollops of regular cheesecake batter and matcha batter into the crust, swirling with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Top with cherry filling.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
