Ingredients

- 2 cups cubed bread
- 1 cup cooked chestnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, chestnuts, onions, celery, parsley, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the vegetable broth and melted butter. Pour over the bread mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Notes
- This stuffing can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
- Adjust the herbs to taste.
- Use gluten-free bread for a gluten-free version.
