- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the drumsticks and sear until crispy, about 5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Stir until the butter melts, then return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can broil the drumsticks for the last few minutes.
- Pair with your favorite sides such as mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
