- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the biscuit mix with the shredded cheese, then sprinkle it over the chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add herbs such as thyme or rosemary.
- Feel free to use any leftover vegetables you have on hand.
- This dish can be assembled a day in advance and baked just before serving.
