Description

A comforting and hearty chicken potpie casserole filled with tender chicken, vegetables, and a flaky crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the biscuit mix with the shredded cheese, then sprinkle it over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
