Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges start to pull away from the sides.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
