Description

A festive and creamy keto mousse infused with peppermint and white chocolate, perfect for the holidays.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, keto-friendly
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies (sugar-free if desired)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and erythritol until smooth.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and allow it to cool slightly, then add to the cream cheese mixture.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the white chocolate mixture.
  5. Stir in the peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies.
  6. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
