- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat until melted and stir until smooth.
- Add in egg and mix well.
- Gradually incorporate almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until a dough forms.
- Fold in chives and cheddar cheese.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
