Description

Deliciously cheesy and packed with chives, these fathead bites are perfect for the holiday season!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat until melted and stir until smooth.
  3. Add in egg and mix well.
  4. Gradually incorporate almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in chives and cheddar cheese.
  6. Shape the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
