Instructions
- Slice the pork tenderloin into medallions.
- Season the medallions with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the medallions for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- In a separate bowl, mix orange juice, honey, and ground cinnamon.
- Pour the orange mixture over the cooked medallions and simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve hot, drizzled with the sauce.
