- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cooked, diced chicken breast
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup red wine vinaigrette
Instructions
- In a large bowl, layer the chopped romaine lettuce as the base.
- Arrange the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped eggs, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, and crumbled blue cheese on top of the lettuce.
- Drizzle the red wine vinaigrette over the salad.
- Gently toss the salad before serving.
