Description

Delicious and healthy coconut mango bliss balls, perfect for a snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup dried mango, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine cashews, shredded coconut, dried mango, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Roll the balls in additional shredded coconut if desired.
  5. Place the bliss balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature!
