Delicious and healthy coconut mango bliss balls, perfect for a snack or dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup dried mango, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine cashews, shredded coconut, dried mango, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll the balls in additional shredded coconut if desired.
- Place the bliss balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Enjoy chilled or at room temperature!

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
