- 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup fresh mango, diced
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut and diced mango over the top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Remove from freezer, break into pieces, and serve.
