Description

Deliciously creamy and sweet truffles made with condensed milk, perfectly coated in a layer of rich white chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, for coating


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
  3. Once firm, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
  6. Place the coated truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them cool until the chocolate hardens.
