Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- In a shallow dish, combine the coquito and cocoa powder.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the coquito mixture quickly, then layer in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layering process, finishing with the mascarpone mixture.
- Dust with cinnamon and cocoa powder on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
