- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the dried apricots, chia seeds, rolled oats, honey, and salt.
- Add water and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until firm and golden.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
