Description

A delightful snack made with apricots and chia seeds, perfect for a healthy treat or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the dried apricots, chia seeds, rolled oats, honey, and salt.
  3. Add water and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until firm and golden.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
