- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 slider buns
- 1/2 cup lettuce
- 1/2 cup tartar sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, and lemon juice.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Assemble the sliders by placing each crab cake on a slider bun with lettuce and tartar sauce.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some hot sauce to the crab mixture.
- These sliders can be prepared in advance and refrigerated until ready to bake.
