- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Spread the crab mixture evenly on top of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Butter the outer sides of the bread slices.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
