Description

A delicious twist on the traditional crab rangoon, combining savory crab meat with creamy cheese, all melted together for a perfect snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Spread the crab mixture evenly on top of each slice of sourdough bread.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Butter the outer sides of the bread slices.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
