Description

A delicious twist on traditional crab rangoon, these pinwheels are perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked and flaked
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce, for dipping


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
  5. Slice the pinwheels into bite-sized pieces and serve with sweet chili sauce.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can mix in a teaspoon of lemon juice.
