- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cranberry BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat the cranberry BBQ sauce over medium heat.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the sauce and stir to coat.
- Skewer the meatballs on toothpicks or small skewers.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
