Description

Sweet and savory, these Cranberry BBQ Mini Meatball Skewers are perfect for parties or a quick appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the cranberry BBQ sauce over medium heat.
  6. Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the sauce and stir to coat.
  7. Skewer the meatballs on toothpicks or small skewers.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
