A delightful dessert featuring creamy cranberry mousse served in cup form.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a pot, combine the cranberries and sugar. Cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in water.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fold the cranberry mixture and sour cream into the whipped cream.
- Stir in the gelatin mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mousse into cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Make sure to chill the mousse for a firmer texture.
- Can be topped with additional whipped cream or fresh cranberries.
