Description
A delicious blend of sweet cranberries and crunchy pecans wrapped in crispy phyllo dough.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cranberries, pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Unroll the phyllo dough and lay one sheet on a clean surface, brushing with melted butter.
- Place another sheet on top of the first and brush with butter again.
- Spread a line of the cranberry-pecan mixture along one edge of the phyllo.
- Roll the phyllo tightly, then cut into pieces.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
