Deliciously fluffy cupcakes infused with cream soda and topped with raspberry frosting.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup cream soda
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, cream soda, and vanilla. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the raspberries gently.
- Fill the cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cool before frosting.
Notes
- Add extra raspberries on top for garnish.
- You can use store-bought frosting for quicker preparation.
