- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package phyllo pastry cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the phyllo pastry cups.
- Place the filled cups on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add chopped spinach for a twist.
- These can be prepared in advance and baked just before serving.
