Description

These creamy artichoke dip bites are a delicious appetizer perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package phyllo pastry cups


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the phyllo pastry cups.
  4. Place the filled cups on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm.
