Description

A rich and creamy dish featuring salmon, spinach, and a savory sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and return the salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through, then serve warm.
