Ingredients

- 4 pieces salmon fillets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in lemon juice and return the salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through, then serve warm.

- Serve with pasta or rice for a complete meal.
- Can substitute salmon with chicken if desired.
