- 1 package Boursin cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Dip Boursin cheese in the beaten egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated cheese on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
