Deliciously crispy chili oil eggs that are perfect for breakfast or as a snack.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons chili oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon scallions, chopped
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and gently add the eggs. Cook for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled eggs.
- Remove the eggs and place them in ice water to stop the cooking process.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs carefully.
- Heat the chili oil in a pan until it’s hot.
- Drizzle the hot chili oil over the peeled eggs.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, and garnish with scallions.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of chili oil to your spice preference.
- You can also serve these eggs with rice for a hearty meal.
