- 8 corn tortillas

- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Dip each fish fillet in buttermilk, then coat in the flour mixture.
- Fry the coated fish in the hot oil until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan.
- Assemble the tacos with fish, cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with sour cream and serve with lime wedges.
