Description

A delicious and healthy snack made with edamame and garlic.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound edamame in their pods
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the edamame and cook for about 3-5 minutes until tender.
  3. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the edamame, sea salt, and red pepper flakes to the skillet.
  7. Sauté for an additional 5-7 minutes until the edamame are crispy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
