A delicious and healthy snack made with edamame and garlic.
Ingredients

- 1 pound edamame in their pods
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
- Add the edamame and cook for about 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the edamame, sea salt, and red pepper flakes to the skillet.
- Sauté for an additional 5-7 minutes until the edamame are crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Adjust garlic and seasoning to your taste.
- These can be served as a side or a snack.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
