Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Once cooled, fill with custard filling and dust with powdered sugar.
