Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Once cooled, fill with custard filling and dust with powdered sugar.
