Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
