Description

A rich and creamy caramel made from dates, perfect for drizzling over desserts or enjoying as a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pitted dates
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the pitted dates and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes until the dates are soft.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Transfer the date mixture to a blender, add the vanilla extract and sea salt.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
