Instructions
- Start by blending the Medjool dates and peanut butter in a food processor until smooth.
- Add the cocoa powder, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts, blend until mixed.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish, then freeze for an hour.
- Once firm, melt the dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
- Cut into bars and serve.
