  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Start by blending the Medjool dates and peanut butter in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add the cocoa powder, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts, blend until mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish, then freeze for an hour.
  4. Once firm, melt the dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
  5. Cut into bars and serve.
