Ingredients

- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup oats (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the carrots, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey or maple syrup if using.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If using oats, add them and blend again until well incorporated.
- Serve in a glass and enjoy your carrot cake smoothie!

- For extra sweetness, use a ripe banana.
