Description

A nutritious and tasty smoothie that combines the flavors of carrot cake in a healthy drink.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup oats (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the carrots, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and honey or maple syrup if using.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If using oats, add them and blend again until well incorporated.
