Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add orange juice and zest, mixing until combined.
- Incorporate the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until fully mixed.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small amounts and roll into balls.
- Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
Notes
- For a stronger orange flavor, increase the orange zest.
- Store truffles in the fridge for up to a week.
- These truffles can also be rolled in crushed nuts for added texture.
