Description

A delightful dessert that combines the refreshing taste of orange with the creamy texture of chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add orange juice and zest, mixing until combined.
  3. Incorporate the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until fully mixed.
  4. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, scoop out small amounts and roll into balls.
  6. Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
  7. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  8. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
