Description

These Date & Nut Energy Bars are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients, making them a perfect snack for any time of the day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or any mix)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine the dates, nuts, oats, honey, nut butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  3. Blend until the mixture is well combined and sticky.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined baking pan evenly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
