Description

Deliciously sweet Easter Egg Marshmallow Creme Truffles that melt in your mouth.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup marshmallow creme
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (for decoration)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine marshmallow creme, crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with decorations before the chocolate sets.
  7. Allow to cool completely before serving.
