Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cooked beets, gluten-free flour, salt, olive oil, and water. Blend until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet and spread it into a round shape.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until firm.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite fillings.

- For a spicier version, add spices like cumin or chili powder to the batter.
