Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the core from the cabbage and slice it into wedges.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cabbage wedges and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Sauté the cabbage for about 5 minutes until just tender.
  5. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  6. Pour vegetable broth around the cabbage and transfer to the oven.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cabbage is melting and tender.
  8. Remove from the oven, top with parmesan cheese and parsley, and serve warm.
