- 1 head cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the core from the cabbage and slice it into wedges.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cabbage wedges and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Sauté the cabbage for about 5 minutes until just tender.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour vegetable broth around the cabbage and transfer to the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cabbage is melting and tender.
- Remove from the oven, top with parmesan cheese and parsley, and serve warm.
