Description

This Easy Kiwi Blender Cake is a light and delicious dessert made entirely in a blender.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  3. In a blender, combine kiwis, sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and eggs; blend until smooth.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; blend again until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
