Delicious and easy to make strawberry shortcake truffles that are perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cake mix
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix strawberries and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the strawberry mixture and cake mix into the whipped cream.
- Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet and form into balls.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool, then dip in melted white chocolate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh strawberries.
- These truffles can be refrigerated for a few days.
