Description

Delicious and easy to make strawberry shortcake truffles that are perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cake mix
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix strawberries and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the strawberry mixture and cake mix into the whipped cream.
  5. Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet and form into balls.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until set.
  7. Allow to cool, then dip in melted white chocolate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
