Ingredients

- 2 cups unsalted pistachios
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread pistachios on a baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes until fragrant.
- Let them cool slightly and place them in a food processor.
- Process on high speed for about 5-10 minutes until creamy.
- Add honey and coconut oil if desired, and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
