Description

A creamy and delicious pistachio butter perfect for spreading or cooking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups unsalted pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread pistachios on a baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Let them cool slightly and place them in a food processor.
  4. Process on high speed for about 5-10 minutes until creamy.
  5. Add honey and coconut oil if desired, and blend until smooth.
  6. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
